We can change the Terms (including any linked documents) at any time. Please check this page regularly to review the Terms and Conditions. Changes will be effective right away when posted on this Website. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the Service immediately. By continuing to use the Website after changes are made, you agree to the new Terms.

Your Obligations

By using the Website and the Service, you agree to the following:

  1. You are at least 18 years old or the legal age for gambling in your area.
  2. You have the legal ability to enter into a contract with us. 
  3. You live in a place where online gambling is allowed. 
  4. You cannot use a VPN or similar tools to hide your true location.
  5. You are the rightful owner of the payment method you use.
  6. All payments must be made honestly, and you should not try to reverse any payments.
  7. When you place bets, you may lose some or all of your deposited money, and you accept this risk.
  8. You must not use any illegal information when placing bets.
  9. You are using the Service for personal reasons, not for someone else or for business purposes.
  10. You must not manipulate the Service or its markets in any harmful way.

Restricted use

You Must Not Use the Service:

  1. You cannot use the Service if you are under 18 years old or not legally able to make a binding agreement.
  2. You cannot access the Service if you live in a country where online gambling is banned.
  3. Do not collect other users’ information through spam or unauthorized methods.
  4. Do not interfere with other users or the Service’s operation.
  5. Do not promote unsolicited ads or links that can be removed without notice.
  6. Do not try to cheat the Service or collaborate with others to gain unfair advantages.
  7. Do not scrape our data or violate our intellectual property rights.
  8. Do not engage in any illegal activities.
  9. You cannot sell or transfer your account, nor acquire one from someone else.
  10. You cannot transfer funds between accounts.
  11. We can terminate your account if you misuse the Service and may take legal action.

Registration

By using the Service, you agree to the following:

  1. We can refuse any registration application at our discretion without explaining why.
  2. You must complete the registration form and accept these Terms before using the Service. To bet or withdraw winnings, you may need to verify your identity by providing documents like a photo ID and a recent utility bill. 
  3. You must provide accurate contact information, including a valid email address, and keep it updated. Providing false information can lead to account suspension and legal action.
  4. You may only register one account. If we find multiple accounts, we will close them immediately.
  5. We may ask for additional personal information to verify your identity or financial status, and we will inform you if we obtain information from third parties.
  6. Keep your password secret. If your account information is correct, we assume you made all transactions. Change your password regularly and don’t share it. It’s your responsibility to protect your password. 
  7. Do not share content or information from the Service through screen captures or display it differently than it appears on the Service.
  8. When you register, you can use all currencies available on the site for deposits, withdrawals, and bets.

Your Account

  1. Accounts can use multiple currencies, and all balances and transactions will show in the currency used for each transaction.
  2. We do not provide credit for using the Service.
  3. We may close or suspend your Account if you violate these Terms or for fairness reasons. We might not give prior notice. If we close your Account for non-compliance, we can cancel your bets and withhold funds.
  4. We can close or suspend any Account without notice and return funds, but we will honor any obligations already due.
  5. We can refuse or limit any wager at any time for any reason, especially if we suspect fraud.
  6. Any mistakenly credited amounts are our property. We will notify you and withdraw those amounts when we find out.
  7. Notify us immediately of any Account errors you notice.
  8. You cannot transfer or sell your Account or its assets to anyone else in any form.
  9. To close your Account, please email Customer Support from your registered email.

Deposit of Funds

  1. All deposits must come from an account or payment method in your name. Deposits in other currencies will be converted at the daily exchange rate from oanda.com or our bank’s rate.
  2. Fees may apply to deposits and withdrawals, which are detailed on our website.
  3. We are not a financial institution; we use third-party processors for credit and debit card deposits. Your account will only be credited if we receive approval from the payment issuer.
  4. You agree to pay all fees related to our services and not to reverse any deposits. If you do, you will compensate us for any unpaid amounts, and any winnings from those funds will be lost.
  5. If you use a bonus code for a deposit, you agree to the bonus terms.
  6. Do not deposit funds from illegal activities.
  7. If you use a credit card, keep a record of your transactions and these terms.
  8. Online gambling may be illegal where you live. It is your responsibility to know your local laws.

Withdrawal of Funds

  1. You can withdraw unused funds from your account by submitting a request. The minimum withdrawal is €10 (or equivalent).
  2. No withdrawal fees apply if you wager your deposit at least once. Otherwise, an 8% fee (minimum €4) will be charged to prevent money laundering.
  3. We may ask for ID or additional verification (like a selfie or a call) before processing withdrawals. 
  4. Withdrawals must go to the original payment method used for deposits. 
  5. If you can’t access your account or it’s locked, contact Customer Service for help with withdrawals.
  6. If your balance is more than 10 times your deposits, you can only withdraw €5,000 per month. Otherwise, the limit is €10,000.
  7. We cannot guarantee withdrawals or refunds if you violate our Restricted Use policy.

Liability

  1. As allowed by law, we are not responsible for any losses or damages (direct or indirect) if we fail to meet our obligations under these terms, unless we break legal duties (like causing death or injury through negligence). We are not liable if the failure is due to: your own fault; issues caused by third parties unrelated to our services (like network problems or equipment issues); or events we or our suppliers could not have predicted. This service is for personal use only, so we won’t cover any business losses.
  2. If we are found liable under these terms, our total liability will not exceed the amount of bets you placed related to the issue, or €500, whichever is lower.
  3. We recommend that you check if the service works with your equipment before use, and take steps to protect against harmful programs, such as installing antivirus software.
